Job Role

  • Analyse the business needs of various companies, identifying key decision-makers for software service procurement.
  • Conduct in-depth research on organisations and individuals to uncover new leads and potential markets for our software services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of qualified prospects.
  • Engage with potential clients through email and phone to build rapport and schedule meetings.
  • Craft and execute a sales strategy to onboard new customers, with a focus on long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team, providing detailed client specifications to facilitate a seamless transition and ongoing relationship management.
  • Lead and manage new marketing initiatives, aiming to increase brand visibility and product reach.
  • Design, prepare, and distribute marketing materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Keep clients informed about the latest product developments and enhancements.
  • Create customised quotes and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective customers.


Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the software industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Proven track record of successful sales presentations and closures.
  • Strong analytical abilities and adeptness in networking and relationship management.
  • A self-motivated individual with a collaborative spirit and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptable interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering long-term business partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience in Prospecting, CRM, E-Mail Outreach and Sales Meeting Tools
