Way Dot Com Private Limited seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join their team for International Outbound Process. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable working night shifts, and thrive in a target-driven environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, fostering relationships with international vendors, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential international vendors to generate leads and promote our services/products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize various channels such as emails, calls, and networking platforms to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business expansion and market penetration.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, night shifts, to accommodate international clients' time zones.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Prior experience in the outbound sales process will be an added advantage.
