The Centre for Management Development (CMD) on behalf of the Kerala Fibre Optic Network Limited (KFON), invites application from qualified and competent candidates for various posts. The appointment will be on contract basis for a fixed tenure. 

The Kerala Fibre Optic Network Limited (KFON) is an audacious project of the Government aiming to obviate the digital divide. This project is to be a complementary infrastructure to the existing telecom ecosystem in the State. KFON Ltd essentially acts as an information super-highway through the creation of a robust core and middle-mile infrastructure and will act as the perfect catalyst positioning Kerala as a Gigabit Economy.

Vacancy: 01

Qualification: Fellow member of ICSI 

LLB or M. Com or MBA or PGDM (Desirable)

Experience: Minimum 10 years of postqualification experience. (Of the 10 years, candidates having experience of minimum 5 years in Central or State PSUs will be given preference) 

Salary per month : Rs. 1.5 lakhs

Manager (Compliance and Legal)

Vacancy: 01

Qualification: LLB from a recognised University with First class

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed organization. (out of 5 years, Candidates having experience of 2 years in Central or State PSUs will be given preference).

Salary per month : Rs. 90,000/-

Manager (Technical Assistant to MD)

Vacancy: 01

Qualification: First class B-Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering . MBA Desirable 

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electrical & Electronics engineering in reputed organization. Out of which at least 1-year experience as Technical Assistant or Technical Executive to MD or CEO. (out of 5 years, candidates having experience of 2 years in central or State PSUs will be given preference). 

Salary per month : Rs. 90,000/-

Assistant Manager

(System Admin cum Network Engineer)

Vacancy: 01

Qualification:  B Tech in IT / Computer Science . Certification from MCSA or RHCE or VMware or CCNA or JNCIA or Storage & backup or Security or Database. 

Experience:  5 years of experience in the relevant field. 

Salary per month : Rs. 75,000/-

Finance Assistant

Vacancy: 01

Qualification:  Graduation in Commerce . Post-graduation in commerce (preferable) 

Experience:  3 years of experience in a reputed organization.

Salary per month : Rs. 45,000/-

Administrative Assistant

Qualification:  Degree in any discipline 

Experience:  3 years of experience in a reputed organization.
