BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Role and Responsibilities
1. Lead generation and qualifying prospects.
2. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
3. Day-to-day account management and development.
4. Source and work customer referrals.
5. Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
6. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
7. Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.
Requirements
1.A self-motivator drove growth and success.
2.A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of energy.
3.A proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy/direction.
4.Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
5.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6.Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales, business development or related positions.
7.Candidate must be proficient in Hindi/Punjabi/Tamil/Telugu & English with technology sales experience.
