After reviewing requirements of Propellant for high caliber
ammunitions via-a-visa then capacities available in 1969-70 in Chemical
Ordnance Factories, a new propellant factory was considered necessary and
O.F.Itarsi was set up. O.F.Itarsi manufacture Double ,Triple and Ball Powder
Propellant Under Integrated Guided Missile Development Program (UIGMDP) of
DRDO.
Offline applications are invited for one year practical training for
Graduate apprentices(General stream) under Apprentice Act 1961 for the year
2023-24 at Ordnance Factory Itarsi.

Graduate Apprentice (General Streams) Degree in General Streams
(i.e. Bachelor of Science Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Computer Application
Bachelor of Business Administration) from a recognized University.
Age Limit ( As on 04 October 2023 )
Minimum 18 Years
Stipend
Rs 9,000/- per month
Selection Process
Selection will be based on the merit list prepared on marks obtained
by the Graduate in the Final Year of Examination (i.e aggregate of all years)
and Document Verification followed by a Police Verification Report and Medical
Examination.
Only Fresh Pass Out students are eligible for Apprenticeship
Training who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more
after attaining the essential qualifications shall NOT be eligible for being
engaged as an apprentice under the Act.
