The Centre for Management Development (CMD) was established in 1979 as a research driven management consulting and training institution under the Government of Kerala, catering to Government at the Centre, States and local levels, Development Agencies and Institutions in the Corporate and Social Sector. 

The Centre for Management Development (CMD) on behalf of the National Health Mission (NHM) – Kerala invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for engaging qualified persons as Mid Level Service Providers (Staff Nurses) in selected districts of National Health Mission.

Academic & Professional Qualification

BSc Nursing or GNM with one year post qualification experience as on 1st October 2022

Age

Maximum 40 years as on 1st October 2022

Method of Recruitment : Contract basis

Salary

Rs. 17,000/- for 4 months during training period

Rs. 17,000/- + Rs. 1000/- (fixed Travelling Allowance) only after successful completion of training.

Selection will be based on qualification, experience, written test and performance in the interview.

Districts wise selection is being conducted. An applicant should apply only for one district of his/her choice.

CMD / NHM may send intimation to download call letters for written test through the registered email ID. In case, an applicant does not have a valid personal email ID, he lo / she should create his / her new email ID

The copy of the Appointment letters, Salary certificates, pay slips etc. will not be accepted in lieu of work experience certificate. 

No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.

NB : All persons will be initially appointed for a period of three months or until 31st March 2023 whichever is earlier. Fresh contract for all persons will be given based on policies of NHM enforced from time to time. Fresh contract is not guaranteed for anyone and will be dependent on the policies of NHM.
