 Looking for Payroll Officer 



Location: Dubai


1. Proactively manage, collate and input data accurately relating to monthly payments; additions, deductions, and variables ensuring that staff are paid on time and receive the correct payments.


2. Ensuring that multiple deadlines are adhered to and work is complete.


3. Liaise proactively with the team as required to ensure that all contractual changes are administered effectively and in line with payroll deadlines.


4. Develop systems to process payroll transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions.


5. Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems


6. Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades


7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies


8. Supervise and coach payroll clerks and assistants
