        Government has issued orders constituting KSRTC-SWIFT, the company that was carved out of the corporation to effectively operate its long-distance buses and services under its intelligent central control Centre. The income from the new company, after operational expenses and repayment of all loans extended to KSRTC by Kerala infrastructure investment fund board (KIIFB), will be utilized for employee welfare activities.

They are planning to fill up various vacancies of Driver cum Conductor on daily wages by this KSRTC Recruitment 2022. Essential Qualification

• 10th Pass
• Should possess a valid license for heavy driving according to MV Act 1988
• 03 years experience in heavy driving
• Should get conductor license from motor vehicle department if selected
• Should know basic maths ie, addition, substraction, multiplication and division.
• Should know Malayalam and English to read and write.
• Must pass in trade test conducted by recruiting team.
• Should have a knowledge of vehicles and minor repairments.

Age

18 - 45 years.

There is a relaxation for SC/ST and OBC as per Government of India norms.

Salary

Rs. 715/-  for 8 hours duty

Employees from ksrtc that work according to working arrangement conditions get salary and other benefits be continued from ksrtc itself.

Allowance for overtime duty as follows :

0-1 hour of overtime - Rs. 100   -         Rs. 100

1-2 hours of overtime -Rs. 75     -         Rs. 175

2-6 hours of overtime -Rs.  200  -         Rs. 375
