India still has towns and cities which
are not connected by direct flights. People who have no option but to use
inconvenient and time-consuming modes of transportation. Flybig intend to change
this.
In conjunction with the UDAN
initiative, flybig, India’s newest friendly regional airline, provides
connectivity to destinations that were hitherto not accessible by air. The reason
for existence will be based on providing a continuum of a warm family
atmosphere on all of their flights whilst providing connectivity and convenient
timings for travel.

PILOT
INDIAN CAPTAINS (TYPE RATED ON ATR 72-500)
- Hold current and valid Indian ATPL, FRTOL, RTR and medical.
- Hold English language proficiency certificate at a minimum ICAO standard Level 4.
- Minimum 2000 Hours total flying experience.
- Candidate possess accident/incident free record.
Indian Captains (Non Type Rated)
- Hold current and valid Indian ATPL, FRTO, RTR and medical.
- Hold English language proficiency certificate at a minimum ICAO standard Level 4.
- Minimum 2000 Hours total flying experience including 500 hours of PIC and 300 hours of commercial flying experience.
- Candidate possess accident/incident free record.
Indian
Captains (Transition)
- Hold current and valid Indian ATPL, FRTO, RTR and medical.
- Hold English language proficiency certificate at a minimum ICAO standard Level 4.
- Minimum 2500 hrs total flying experience including 500 hours of PIC.
Or
- Total 2000 hrs flying experience including 200 hrs of PIC with minimum 1500 hrs turbojet experience.
Or
- Total 2000 hrs flying experience including 500 hrs of PIC with minimum 1500 hrs turbojet experience.
Expat Captains
- Minimum flying experience – 2000Hrs.
- Minimum PIC flying experience– 1000 Hrs.
- Minimum PIC on type/variant – 100 hrs with current IR/LR check/ PPC (Pilot’s Proficiency Checks).
- Recent experience – at least three takes-off and landings within the preceding 90 days on the type of aircraft applied for, or in a flight simulator approved for the purpose.
First
Officer
- The minimum age 21 yearsShould be Indian national.
- Hold current and valid Indian CPL / ATPL, FRTO, RTR and medical.
- Hold English language proficiency certificate at a minimum ICAO standard Level 4.
- Candidate possess accident/incident free record.
GROUND STAFF

- Candidates with international flying exposure would be an added advantage.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
A
minimum of 10+2, from a recognised Board or University.
COMMUNICATION
Fluency
and clarity of speech in both, English and Hindi.
HEIGHT AND WEIGHT
A
minimum of 155 cms, and weight proportionate to BMI.
APPEARANCE
Positive
body language and well groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.

Technical Instructor
Qualifications
- Aircraft Type Certification: Airframe and/or Powerplant Certification, or B1 / B2 or ICAO mechanical engineer license or equivalent certification, or equivalent experience on aircraft type (i.e. for prior-military service applicants).
- Minimum of 10000 hours (5 years) aviation maintenance experience.
- Minimum of 6000 hours (3 years) experience on aircraft of primary assigned program(s) or similar type aircraft
- Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
- Technical Certification, Engineering License, or equivalent 4-year college degree.
Flight Dispatcher
Qualifications
- DGCA Approved Flight Dispatch license, to be recurrent, preferably on ATR 72-500.
- Thorough knowledge of aviation meteorology and practical application of weather synopsis and forecast products.
- Satisfactory completion of training, testing and checking requirements as defined in flybig’s Flight Operations Training Manual (FOTM).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Familiar with the crew, schedule, and engineering limitations and impacts.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Preferred Requirement
- Preferably with at least 1 year of dispatch experience with any other airline.
- Willingness to work in shifts on a rotational basis in a 24*7 environment.
- Willing to relocate to any location across the flybig network.
