Canteen Supervisor
Educational Qualifications
1. Degree in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management
or
2. Three Year Diploma in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management
or
3. Std X pass with Diploma / Certificate in Catering / Food Production / Food & Beverage of minimum one year duration with 5 years’ post qualified supervisory experience in a Canteen / Classified Star Hotel.
Sanitary Inspector
Educational Qualifications
Std X pass and Diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course from a recognized institution and 5 years’ post qualification experience in sanitary administration of industrial establishment / hospitals / Government bodies.
NB : In the absence of sufficient number of qualified candidates with 5 years of prescribed experience, wherever so specified, candidates with prescribed experience of 4 years may be considered, and in absence of candidates with 4 years prescribe experience, those with prescribed experience of 3 year may be considered, and in absence of candidates with 3 years prescribed experience, those with prescribed experience of 2 years may also be considered, at the discretion of the Management
Age
Maximum of 35 years as on 01.10.2021
How To Apply
Two stages are there,
Stage 1
Submit Oline Form on or before 4.00 PM on 11.11.2021 and upload Application Form prescribed.
Stage 2
Send the original Application Form uploaded with all relevant certificates / documents by Speed Post / Registered Post so as to reach us on or before 22.11.2021
Stage I) Candidates desiring to apply for the post against this notification can register themselves by filling and submitting the details in the Online Form by clicking the Online Registration link provided in the website www.fact.co.in >> Careers >> Job Openings >> Recruitment Notification 15/2021.
The following shall be ensured while submitting the application through online method.
a. All necessary data shall be filled in the Online Forms as prescribed.
b. Application Form in the prescribed format (given as “Application Form” in the website along with notification), shall be manually filled, signed, photo affixed and uploaded in PDF format in the prescribed place provided in the Online Form.
c. After filling and uploading the documents, the Online Form shall be submitted by clicking the Submit button
Stage II) Uploaded Application Form in original (mentioned in (b) above) along with all relevant certificates / documents to prove eligibility and experience which includes self-attested copy of
(1) First page of acknowledgement mail received for submitting online Form
(2) Proof of Date of Birth
(3) Certificates to prove educational qualification from Std X onwards (both mark sheet and Pass Certificate)
(4) Certificate showing proof of Caste / PWBD, if reservation/relaxation is claimed on account of these
(5) Self Declaration for OBC-NCL candidates
(6) Relevant experience Certificates
(7) Ex-Servicemen certificate as per GOI guideline, if applicable
(8) Aadhaar, etc
shall be send by Speed Post / Registered Post to DGM (HR) IR, HR Department, FEDO Building, FACT, Udyogamandal, PIN – 683 501 so as to reach latest within 10 days from the last date of submitting Online Form.
d. Envelope containing the application shall be superscribed with “Application for the post of (Mention post applied) - Ad.15/2021”.
e. Application received by post without submitting Online Form and Online Form submitted, without uploading Application Form or not receiving Application by post or Application received late, will not be considered.
