Eligibility Criteria
TGT English
(a) Graduate in English with 50% aggregate marks.
(b) B Ed in English Language
(c) Proficiency in English speaking
(d) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) /
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Paper –II conducted by CBSE / appropriate
Government in accordance with the guidelines framed.
TGT (Social Science)
(a) Graduate in History/Economics with two subjects out of History, Political Science, Economics, Geography with 50% aggregate marks
(b) B Ed with Social Science from a reputed recognized
university.
(c) Proficiency in English speaking
(d) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) /
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Paper –II conducted by CBSE / appropriate
Government in accordance with the guidelines framed.
TGT (Computer Science)
At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following from
a recognized University.
(a) BSc Computer Science / BCA / Bachelor of Information
Technology
OR
Graduate Degree in any subject with Mathematics as a subject and 03 years Diploma in Computer Engineering /IT from an institute recognized by AICTE / University.
OR
Graduate Degree in any subject with Mathematics as a subject
and at least one year Diploma in Computer Applications from an Institution
recognized by AICTE /University
OR ‘A’ level from DOEACC AND
(b) B Ed from an institution recognized by NCTE
(c) Proficiency in English speaking.
TGT (Physics)
(a) B Sc Physics from a recognized university with at least
50% marks in aggregate in the subject OR Four years integrated degree course of
Regional College of Education of NCERT in Chemistry with at least 50% marks in
aggregate.
(b) B Ed in Physical Science
(c) Proficiency in English speaking
(d) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) /
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Paper –II conducted by CBSE / appropriate
Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for this
purpose.
PGT Chemistry
(a) M Sc Chemistry from a recognized university with at
least 50% marks in aggregate in the subject
Or
(b) Two years integrated Post Graduate MSC course of
Regional College of Education of NCERT in Chemistry.
(c) B Ed in physical science (d) Proficiency in teaching in
English medium.
Art Master
(a) Five years recognised Diploma in Drawing and Painting /
Sculpture / Graphic Arts OR Graduation in Fine Arts (BFA)
Drawing/Painting/Sculpture/ Component Art.
(b) Working knowledge in Hindi & English
(c) Working knowledge in Computer Applications
Counsellor
(a) Post graduate or P G Diploma in Psychology or clinical
Psychology or Social work or child Development.
(b) Minimum experience of 01-year Candidate should know

Instructions
1.Original certificates as proof of qualifications, age,
experience and a Bank Draft of amount mentioned above (nonrefundable) drawn in
favour of the Principal Sainik School Kazhakootam should be brought along.
2. Those who have already applied for the above posts ( ie 1
to 2 & 5 to 9 except 3 & 4) for Permanent /Contractual vacancies
earlier can attend the Walk in Interview . Para 2 is applicable to all.
Permanent /Contractual appointments for the above posts will be made only after
obtaining sanction from the higher authorities. Appointments against the above
vacancies (meant for the period upto 31 Mar 22) will be made through walk-in
interviews
3. The candidates should submit the RTPCR Negative result
(within the period of 72 hours)
