Assistant-Oasis Mall Management (Customer Service)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma.
Minimum of 2-3years of experience in Shopping Malls/Hotels/Hospitality.
Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good Communication (Verbal and written) skills, multiple languages known like Arabic is an added advantage.
Conflict Resolution skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Job Profile
To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction: Mall Visitors &Tenants.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Mall’s services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations and promotional activities.
To represent the Mall in a well maintained and professional manner at all times.
To resolve customer/tenants complaints in a timely manner.
Cost Controller
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Accounts.
Job Experience
Minimum 2-3 year of experience as a Cost Controller in 3 or 4-star hotel / Restaurants.
Others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of FMS material management system, Opera and Sun Accounting System
A team player, willing to learn and perform with the team.
Job Purpose
Primary responsibility of the role is the control the inventory and assets of the hotel so as to maximize the revenue.
Key Accountabilities
⧫ Prepare costing for recipes and menus prepared by the Executive Chef and suggest the selling price.
⧫ Posting the menus and recipes in Inventory & POS systems.
⧫ Checking Day to Day Purchase Details.
⧫ Test checking on the receiving of goods at the hotel and to see that the procedures are followed correctly.
⧫ Verifying Daily Stores Receiving and Issue Report.
⧫ Assist the store keeper whenever required.
⧫ Liaise closely with the Food & Beverage department on various operational costs related issues and inform Management when expenses and costs are high and are not in line with revenues generated.
⧫ Random test counts in the Beverage Stores, Inventory of outlets by reconciling the opening stock with the closing stock, taking account of store issues and sales.
⧫ Attend outlet theme nights to ensure beverage consumption is properly recorded, and no misuse has occurred.
⧫ Verifying the inter-departmental stock transfers and review the spoilages.
⧫ Compute the cost of employee’s meals, A&G and Complimentary Food & Beverage Expenses.
⧫ Checking Daily Reports (Daily Sales, Food & Beverage cost, Daily Flash, Outlet wise issue of Food & Beverage…..etc).
⧫ Prepare Outlet wise F&B Revenue Analysis.
⧫ Verify Inventory Turn Over Report Monthly Basis.
⧫ Verify Outlet wise Food, Beverage & Tobacco Cost Report Monthly Basis.
⧫ Prepare Restaurant wise Ranking Report Monthly Basis.
⧫ Conduct physical Inventory monthly & Quarterly.
⧫ Monthly MIS Reports.
