Kerala State Planning Board desires to engage students currently enrolled in or pursuing Post- Graduation Degree course or pursuing MPhil or PhD in specified subjects/streams from a recognised University/Institute in Kerala as intern.
This year the selection of interns is restricted within Kerala owing to the outbreak of Novel Corona Virus (Covid 19). The selected candidates shall be attached with Members/Chiefs of State Planning Board and shall have an opportunity to know about the schemes/programmes of the State.

3. Education
4. Health, Nutrition, Women & Child Development
5. Social Justice and Development
6. Skill Development & Employment
7. Water Resources/Drinking Water
8. Local Self Government
9. Rural Development
10. Urban Development
11. Welfare of SC/ST
12. Disaster Management
13. Industry and infrastructure
Eligibility criteria:
The applicant should be currently enrolled in or pursuing a Post-Graduation Degree course or MPhil or PhD in a specified subjects/streams from a reputed University/Institution in Kerala. The selection of the candidate as intern shall be based on their academic record, quality of a research proposal based on their area in which internship to be done and interview. The number of Interns to be selected for this year is limited to 10 Nos.
Duration :
The duration of internship will be for 2 months which commences on 1st October 2021 (tentative)

Stipend :
The selected intern will be provided a lumpsum amount. The amount will be Rs.24,000/- for Post Graduate degree students and Rs.30,000/- for M Phil/PhD students.
