URGENT REQUIREMENTS: SALES SUPERVISORS.

For GCC’s leading DAIRY (Fresh, Food, Juice & UHT) Company in the U.A.E:-

Channel: Modern Trade/ Traditional Trade/ Horeca/ Exports

Experience: 3- 7 Years in the same field

Age Group: 25- 45 Maximum

Gender: Male/ Female

No. of positions: 05

Language skills: English/ Arabic/ Hindi/ Malayalam- Any 2 (Must Read, Write & Speak fluently).

Computer skills: MS-Office- Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Emailing & Internet (Proficient).

Location: Anywhere in the U.A.E

Holder of U.A.E Driving License, preferably with own Car

Salary Range: AED. 8,000 to 11,000 (based on experience) with Monthly Commissions

FREE Employment Visa, Free medical, Annual Vacations, Air ticket for self & other benefits

Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve budgeted sales and distribution targets on a monthly basis in the assigned Territories,

2. Ensure all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to the company.

3. Manage sales force comprising of Sales Executives, Merchandisers and Van Salesmen,

4. Achieve product distribution across all Trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales and increase market share,

5. Prepare M.A.P. Reports (Monthly Action Plans) and submit to the Reporting Head at month end,

6. Accountable and responsible for building and maintaining good commercial relationship with key customers by making regular market visits across all areas and build rapport with key trade positions/ contacts,

7. Make regular route-rides with the Field Team Members for their skill-set development via regular on-the-job trainings, 

8. Set SMART KPIs along with sales & distribution targets for self and the team members,

9. Implement category planograms, merchandising, rotation and new product line introduction guidelines based on Marketing Team notifications,

10. Maintain product group wastages under budgeted level to optimize margins, ensure product hygiene and freshness across the trade channels to achieve customer satisfaction and product quality at all times.
