URGENT REQUIREMENTS: REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS.

For GCC’s leading DAIRY (Fresh, Food, Juice & UHT) Company in the U.A.E:-

Channel: FMCG- Modern Trade/ Traditional Trade/ Horeca/ Exports

Experience: 7- 15 Years in the same field

Age Group: 40- 55 Maximum

Gender: Male/ Female

No. of positions: 02

Qualification: MBA/ Bachelor’s Degree

Location: Anywhere in the U.A.E/ G.C.C

Holder of Valid Driving License (Mandatory), preferably with own Car

Salary Range: AED. 20,000 to 25,00 (based on experience/ job location) 

FREE Employment Visa, Free Medical, Annual Vacations & Air ticket for Self, Spouse & Children.

Those who are currently based in U.A.E/ G.C.C only need to apply 

(Subject to Company H.R Department approvals).

Language skills: English/ Arabic/ Hindi/ Malayalam- Any 3 (Must Read, Write & Speak fluently).

Computer skills: MS-Office- Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Emailing & Internet (Proficient).

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Achieve budgeted sales and distribution targets on a monthly basis in the assigned Regions,

2. Ensure all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to the company,

3. Manage, mentor and retain sales force comprising of Area Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, Sales Executives, Route Salesmen, Sales Promoters and Merchandisers,

4. Prepare R.M.P. Reports (Regional Management Action Plans Reports) & submit to the Reporting Head upon closure of every month-end,

5. Prepare & present Director Board-level Presentations with Quarterly/ Yearly Projections on: Regional Budget, Targets & Achievements, New Business Development, New Product Development and Innovative Ideas for Organizational & overall Business Growth.
