UC College Aluva Recruitment 2021 Supporting documents for Office Attendant, Mechanic & Gardener

(a) Eligibility for Office Attendant – As per M G University Statutes/Government norms.

(b) Eligibility for Mechanic post – VIII standard with ITI qualification in the relevant trade. In the absence of
ITI certificate holders, those with experience as a mechanic or fitter in a well-equipped workshop for a
period of three years with VIII standard educational qualification will be considered.

(c) Eligibility for Gardener – Criteria as per statutes/government rules. Experience in any Government
approved nursery desirable.
(d) Copy of SSLC or equivalent for the Proof of date of birth.
(e) Copy of Certificate and mark list proving the eligibility.
(f) Copy of experience certificate.
(g) Copy of the relevant qualification certificate for the post

(a) Copy of SSLC or equivalent for the Proof of date of birth
(b) Copy of +2 or equivalent.
(c) Copy of UG Certificate and Mark lists/score sheets.
(d) Copy of PG Certificate and Mark lists/score sheets.
(e) Copy of Rank Certificates (UG/PG)
(f) Copy of NET/SLET/SET certificate. Specify whether NET with JRF.
(g) Copy of Ph.D. certificate (regular Ph.D. s governed by UGC regulations)
(h) Copy of M.Phil score sheet and certificate
(i) List of research articles published and Front page of Research publication (published in Peer-reviewed or
UGC listed Journals/UGC care list)
(j) List of published books and copy of its relevant pages
(k) Experience certificate – Teaching/ Post Doctoral

(l) Proof of International/National awards given by International organizations/Govt. of India/Government of India recognized national level bodies and State level awards given by State Government.

(m)For those applying in community quota, a copy of the latest Community certificate from the Parish vicar (Eligible for members from Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, Church of South India (CSI), Malankara
Marthoma Syrian Church and Malankara Jacobite Syrian church only)
