 ➤Skills

  ➧Sales, Team management, Communication and interpersonal skill

 ➤Job description – ASM (Mortgages)

   ➧  To generate sales of Retail Asset products in the area in order to achieve the Bank’s targeted market share, profitability and volume on its Retail Asset business.

   ➧   Lead the sales team and implement approved sales & marketing strategy to achieve desired market penetration

   ➧  Co-ordinate the Bank’s participation in trade shows and community events in the area to promote products and services and increase visibility.

   ➧  Conduct approved marketing and sales activities regularly to increase the visibility of the bank and to create interest in the Retail Asset products of the bank.

   ➧  Conduct periodic performance reviews for the sales team

   ➧  Capture customer experiences to Conduct Periodic product reviews based on customer experiences.

   ➧ Responsible for developing various channels for sourcing proposals.

 ➤Eligibility.

   ➧Minimum 4 years’ experience in Mortgages

   ➧Candidate should possess a regular UG certificate from a recognized university.

  ➧Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Micro banking.

 ➤Description

➧Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or Business

➧Banking certifications, IIBF certifications, quality certifications will be a plus

➧Experience in Insurance Operations, Reconciliation, Disbursement Operations, Card Operations etc will be a value-add

➧Minimum 1 - 2 years of relative experience in managing Banking / Microbanking Operations in the BFSI segment

➧Freshers may also apply

➧Open to working in any shift and on holidays

➧Exposure to MS Office and other related applications will be an advantage
